  They are the best dealership for Ford parts and service for miles. I have bought parts from them for 8 years and always received excellent service. 10 Stars if possible!

  Brought our truck in and they did bill-able work without calling first! We were not impressed. I have never had work done without being called and asked first. We were shocked and extremely confused. The response we got was "well the tires were already off". Unbelievable if you ask me. The work was covered by warranty accept they charged us over $70 to remove mud. Yep mud. Customer service was poor, it took 3 people to figure out what was going on and the third person made up explanations on the spot and acted like we got a deal because the truck was "serviced for over 2 hours". Sorry but it doesn't matter how many hours it takes for warranty work.
